Promote LATA as the authoritative voice in the UK for Latin America tourism, (boasting over 350 member companies including airlines, hotels, and tourism boards), through promoting the rebranded LATA Expo (previously Experience Latin America) event in a sophisticated, considered yet creative way.
LOTUS handled strategic communications for LATA before, during and after the B2B show. This included negotiating partnerships with key trade titles, press release generation and dissemination, exhibitor newsletters, profiling LATA personnel and arranging interviews for travel trade partners.
In addition, our social media division managed Facebook and Twitter for the event, seeing an instant increase in engagement. This was furthered by the orchestration of the LATA Achievement Awards, including award registration, event support and proactive media relations.
