Warren founded W in 2009, one of the UK’s fastest-growing and most-awarded agencies in the UK with offices in Edinburgh, Newcastle, Singapore and New York. With A passionate entrepreneur, Warren has backed a series of successful start-up businesses, including MEATliquor and Pizza Pilgrims, and sits on the board of limoncello brand Pococello. Voted part of the Hospital 100 – the most influential and innovative people working across Britain’s creative industries – and is a regular contributor to titles such as PR Week, The Drum, and Marketing.
Sarah launched LOTUS in 2007 as a representation agency and spearheaded its growth into one of the leading travel PR and representation agencies in the UK. Sarah started her travel career at TUI working overseas before joining the marketing team who pioneered new brands Thomson Sun and Thomson Superfamily.
As European Sales Director for Universal Studios Theme Parks and Resorts, she led the growth of park and hotel revenues throughout Europe, specifically focusing on Port Aventura in Spain. Key achievements included developing new airline routes to the region and launching a direct online sales platform with annual revenues in excess of 3million Euros.
With a nod to a career started at luxury fashion brand Burberry, she has developed the lifestyle arm of LOTUS, creating food and wellbeing divisions, and taking the agency into the W Communications family, offering clients a distinctive consumer marketing edge.
Sarah has lived and worked in Switzerland, Spain and Egypt and speaks French and Spanish.
Included in PR Week’s 2020 Power Book for the third year running, Jules is highlighted by the magazine as “increasingly a leading figure in the travel comms space with particular expertise in tourist boards.” She is one of the most respected and well-known PR practitioners in the travel industry with twenty years in the field. She joined LOTUS in 2007 to set up the PR division of the company. She combines senior media relationships with a strategic consultancy service to clients in tourism around the world.
With a commercial mindset and a creative vision, she leads a company devising highly bespoke solutions to deliver exceptional results – from increased bookings and visitor numbers to strategic counsel and crisis communications.
She has served on the PRCA Council; been vice-chairman of the PRCA Travel and Tourism group and is a regular judge for the PRCA Dare Awards. She has also sat on the advisory committee for the Travel Media Awards since its inception.
Managing Director, LATAM
Winner of TravMedia’s PR Professional of the Year 2020, Kate heads up the company’s specialist LATAM division for Latin American and Spanish-speaking markets, as well as supporting wider client briefs.
Her PR career began in Barcelona working for airline Jet2.com. She then moved to Chile, working for the British Council. Since joining LOTUS in 2007, Kate has directed a number of award-winning campaigns; her work has included a repositioning brief for Ibiza to attract a broader market, the management of a global brand campaign for Small Luxury Hotels of the World, the development of the first ever Social News Hub for the Spanish Tourist Office and sector lobbying on behalf of the Latin American Travel Association (LATA). She is actively involved in sustainability and has headed up two sustainable positioning campaigns.
Kate has directed a number of multi-market campaigns and has a strong PR and media network in Europe and globally.
Kate is a trustee and active volunteer for the LATA Foundation; a charity supporting grassroots projects in Latin America; she speaks fluent Spanish and has lived and worked in Granada, Barcelona, and Santiago, Chile. She is an accredited practitioner of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (MCIPR status).
Head of Business Development
Hollie has 15 years of experience working in integrated communications. With a degree in Public Relations, her career spans the UK and Middle East, both in-house and at award-winning branding, digital and PR agencies.
She has a wealth of experience representing luxury hotels including the likes of the Dorchester Collection, Waldorf Astoria, Hilton, Starwood and Rosewood. In addition, she has also led strategic campaigns for tourism boards for destinations such as Los Angeles, Illinois and Namibia; crisis communications for the likes of InsureandGo; ocean and river cruise lines; tour operators and escorted touring providers such as Cosmos.
Hollie’s PR and marketing career started in the lifestyle sector, representing fashion, beauty, and wellbeing brands before specialising in travel and hospitality communications in 2013.
With strong experience leading multi-market, commercially-savvy campaigns, Hollie takes a dynamic approach to maximising return on investment for clients, supplying creative yet workable solutions and opportunities to advance awareness, recall and revenue.
